Allow employees to see their fully diluted ownership percentages from their eShares portfolios.

Frequently asked questions.

What will my employees see?

Employees will only see their personal holdings. This includes number of options granted, strike price, grant date, vesting schedule, and documents.

Are we required to send certificates out through eShares?

Yes. As an SEC-Registered transfer agent, we have a fiduciary duty to make best efforts to notify investors of the transition to eShares.

Will shareholders see the cap table?

No. Shareholders will only see their personal holdings. You can share the cap table with individual investors or shareholders if you would like.

How do my investors and employees get help using eShares?

Your investors and employees get access to our world-class customer support team, through live chat, email, and phone.

How will I know which stakeholders have accepted their securities?

You can sort each security ledger by acceptance status. For securities that have not been accepted, you can re-send them for acceptance in bulk.

Should stakeholders use their personal or work email addresses?

We recommend using personal email addresses so employees can access their holdings after termination.

If you’re not using @eshares to manage your cap table and issue shares and options, I pity you (fool!). It’s that good

With so many investors claiming various portfolio co's, @eshares will end up being the defacto way an investor proves direct access.

Just had one of my portfolio companies issue me shares via @eshares. Nerding out: that was one of the coolest experiences i've ever had.
